Check-in starts at 10:30AM. Cabana occupancy and Service ends at 5PM. Guests are welcome to remain in the pool area until the Pool closes.

Pool Rules
All bags subject to search. No outside food or beverage. No Bluetooth speakers.
No pool toys, floats, or inflatables.
Tumblers are aloud given they are empty entering and exiting the pool.
The purchase of a day pass does not guarantee a place to sit.
All purchases will have a 20% gratuity charge

A: Yes, the Retreat has innertubes available at no additional expense.

Q: Can those who are not hotel guests access the pool
A: Yes. Retreat has a limited number of Day Passes for sale, based upon availability, they can purchase

Q: Does the Pool Bar and Grill Serve Food?
A: Yes. The Pool Bar and Grill feature Tropical, Caribbean and Latin style cuisine

Q: Can I order food from inside the casino and bring it to the pool?
A: No outside food can be brought into the pool area; Starbucks coffee is permitted

Q: Will Club Sycuan card members have access to the pool?
A: Black and Diamond Card members will be granted two complimentary day passes.

Q: Does Retreat have Happy Hour or offer any specials?
A: At this time Retreat does not offer Happy Hour or any specials.

Q: Are children under the age of 21 permitted to access the pool?
A: Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted to access the pool grounds

Q: Can I bring a cooler to the pool?
A: We do not allow coolers and or ice chests to be brought into the pool.

Q: I have checked out of my room and am waiting to depart the resort, may I bring my luggage to the pool?
A: We do not allow luggage in the pool area. Guests are welcome to check their luggage at the Bell Desk.

Q: Can I smoke at the pool?
A: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Q: Are there any items not allowed in the pool that I may not think of?
A: For the safety of our staff and guests we do not allow the following items in the pool area: Food and Beverage not purchased at Retreat, Bluetooth speakers, and bottled water (or any liquids).

Q: Can I decorate my cabana for a special occasion?
A: Yes, we allow our guests to decorate their cabanas. Decorations cannot permanently alter or cause damage to cabanas. Please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied. Decorations must not include glitter, confetti, or obscene objects.

Cancellation policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES MAY BE MADE. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE MADE IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE INCLEMENTE WEATHER AND THE FORECED CLOSURE OF THE POOL. HOURS AND TIMES CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. MANAGEMENT RESERVERS ALL RIGHTS
